Rotary Global Hub

Each team has multiple channels which you can explore to find out what conversation and activity is going on covering a wide range of topics and people.

We recommend you follow these three steps to start your Global Hub experience (optional)

Step 1

Select Connect West Country – this is a Hub passport group covering the south west of England. Conversations are visible to all Hub participants and there is a chat group. Just leave a message asking to be invited to join the chat group.

On the top menu bar click on the three dots …

Click pin to add to your favourites list
Click on channel notifications to receive a notification when there is activity in this channel

Step 2

Select Introductions. This is where you can introduce yourself to other members of the Hub and will enable other Hub members to contact you. Just write a brief message.

On the top menu bar click on the three dots …

Click pin to add to your favourites list
Click on channel notifications to receive a notification when there is activity in this channel

Step 3

Drop in Cafes. There are meetings at least once a week in the café (at differing times to accommodate different preferences) – just join and see who is there.

On the top menu bar click on the three dots …

Click pin to add to your favourites list
Click on “Calendar” next to the title bar to see future meetings and a joining link

Step 4

Go to go to the "on-boarding" channel on the Hub, to explore Rotary and learn more about the global network that is Rotary.

Keeping in touch with you:

You will be contacted from time to time to see how you are getting on, and the decision is yours as to if, or when, you actually join us. (From our perspective, we believe that after a maximum of 3 months as a free guest, you will probably have made a decision as to whether or not to join us.) At the point of joining you will receive a welcome pack, you will start to receive a monthly newsletter, and you'll receive subscription information. Remember that Direct Membership of Rotary costs as little, or less than, a cup of coffee per week.
